Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations for members in the Bellingham area. The role involves 45-minute visits, collaborative care, and flexible travel within licensed states, with additional virtual visits as needed.
You will use an iPad with a clinical workflow and provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services as directed by health plans.
