Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part-time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations in Denver, CO and surrounding licensed states. The role requires travel, strong clinical assessment skills, and compassionate patient interactions.
You'll use an iPad and a digital workflow to review medications, medical history, and perform physical evaluations during 45-minute visits. Virtual visits are also possible, with competitive hourly pay.
