Job description
Signify Health is seeking part-time clinicians (NPs or PAs) to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits are about 45 minutes and include history reviews, physicals, and optional tests, with iPad-based workflow and no prescribing required.
The role offers flexible scheduling, eligibility for benefits, malpractice insurance, and supplies. Travel to Pueblo and other licensed states is expected, with an anticipated 29.5 hours weekly.
