Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations for members in Washington. Visits last about 45 minutes and include history review, physical exam, and any plan-ordered diagnostics. You’ll use an iPad with a streamlined clinical workflow during each visit.
