Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (NP/PA) to provide in-home health evaluations across Rhode Island. You will conduct 45-minute visits, review medical history, perform physical assessments, and support patients in navigating care from home.
Eligible clinicians will have active, unrestricted RI licenses, board certification, and capacity to travel locally. This role offers meaningful patient interaction and a flexible schedule with benefits for part-time staff.
