Job description
Signify Health in Worcester, MA seeks a Part-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations, engaging with patients in their own homes and bridging gaps in care.
Visits last about 45 minutes. You will travel locally, use an iPad workflow, and collaborate with a national network of clinicians while receiving select benefits and malpractice coverage.
