Hueman seeks Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare/Medicaid members around Maysville, KY. You’ll travel to patient homes to complete non-invasive exams, review medical history, and document findings accurately.
This role emphasizes patient connection without prescribing in the home. Qualified NPs hold a Master’s degree, an active state license, board certification, and BLS; 12 months of paid clinical provider experience is preferred.
