Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Alliance, OH. This role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to tailor the workload to your lifestyle.
NPs will travel to patients' homes, conduct non-invasive assessments, review histories, and provide education, without prescribing in-home. A state NP license plus national certification are required, with BLS preferred.
