Job description

Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Copperas Cove, TX. This role emphasizes patient engagement in a home setting and travel to patients’ residences to complete comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.

As an HRA NP, you will review medical history, document findings, and provide basic wellness education.
