Job description
Matrix Medical Network seeks Nurse Practitioners to perform Comprehensive Health Assessments in members' homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities. Visits last up to one hour and cover health history, medications, social environment, and risks, with documentation per Matrix guidelines.
Requirements include a Master’s degree or commensurate experience, NP licensure, board certification, current BLS/ACLS, and a willingness to travel 80–90%. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
