Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-home health evaluations in Oneida, NY. Clinicians will visit members at home, review medications and history, and conduct physical assessments using a mobile workflow.
Role requires active licensure in the coverage area, board certification, and the ability to travel locally and within licensed states.
