Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations. Travel up to 100% across defined coverage areas, with required multi-state licenses and flexible scheduling. Evaluations use an iPad with a clinical workflow, not prescribing medications.
