Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-time Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations for members in the Denver area. The role involves local travel, flexible visits, and using an iPad with a clinical workflow.
Visits last about 45 minutes, include health history review and physical evaluation; diagnostic tests may be added. Active, unrestricted NP/PA licenses, board certification, and Denver County coverage are required; multi-state licenses preferred.
