Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations. The role involves home visits, clinical assessments and optional virtual visits, with an anticipated 29.5 hours per week.
Licensed NPs or PAs with board certification are required; multi-state licenses are preferred. Travel within licensed states is expected, and benefits are provided for part-time clinicians.
