Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-Time Clinician (NP/PA) to perform in-home health evaluations in Worcester, MA. The role includes up to 29.5 hours weekly with compensation in the range of $46.03–$99.14 per hour. Travel within licensed states and virtual visits may be required.
This position offers select benefits and malpractice coverage. The clinician will assess health history, perform physical evaluations, and provide education, while the primary site is patients' homes.
