Job description
CVS Health Corporation’s Signify Health division seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-home health evaluations in Ulster, NY. Visits last about 45 minutes and include history, exam, and, if needed, access to diagnostic tests.
