Job description
Matrix Medical Network delivers comprehensive in-home health assessments across the nation. We offer flexible scheduling and competitive compensation while helping older adults stay healthier at home or in SNFs.
As a full-time NP, you’ll perform geriatric assessments, coordinate with PCPs and care teams, and conduct testing at the member’s residence. Travel up to 80–90% is required; a $1,500 sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement are provided.
