Job description
Matrix Medical Network seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-home health assessments and support care management for diverse patient populations. You’ll conduct clinical evaluations, review medical histories, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
