Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Clinician (NP or PA) to perform in-home health evaluations in the Denver area. Visits run about 45 minutes with one-on-one health discussions, medical history reviews, and potential optional diagnostic services.
Responsibilities include flexible local travel, virtual visits when needed, and working within a nationwide clinician network. NP/PA must hold active licenses and board certification; multi-state licenses preferred.
