Job description
Riverside Healthcare seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes, assess needs, and coordinate with families and providers. You will develop and update care plans and deliver direct nursing care in a home setting.
The role requires strong clinical skills, patient-centered focus, and ability to work independently. Illinois RN license and CPR certification are required; BSN preferred and new grads must obtain BSN within 3 years.
