Job description
Optum HouseCalls is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other health plan members. This field-based, non-prescribing role focuses on preventive care, patient education, and improving health outcomes through collaboration with primary care providers.
Compensation includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus or $40,000 student loan repayment, with flexible scheduling and support from an interdisciplinary care team to help
