Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations in Sterling and surrounding areas. Visits last about 45 minutes, including history review and physical exam; no prescribing or lab orders are required.
This part-time role offers 12 hours weekly on a per-visit basis, with base pay around $105 per hour and additional incentive opportunities. Clinicians will travel locally and may perform virtual visits as needed.
