Job description
Penn Medicine seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy to patients in their homes, assessing and restoring functional abilities while relieving pain. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans and monitor progress, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
