Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to administer the physical therapy plan in patients' homes, under supervision by the Physical Therapist, and reporting to the Clinical Manager.
You will perform basic manual therapies, document records weekly, and participate in department in-services while supporting a geriatric population to regain mobility and independence.
