Job description
NEHCR is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with flexible hours (8am-8pm, 7 days a week) and coverage across 2-3 MA counties.
Each assessment takes 45 minutes to 1 hour, with $125 per completed assessment plus mileage reimbursement and a $25 no-show payment. Ideal candidates are board-certified NPs licensed in Massachusetts with Home Health experience, delivering high-quality in-home
