Hueman seeks Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members around Chillicothe, OH. The role offers a flexible schedule and travel reimbursement, with comprehensive home assessment training and scheduling support.

Nurse Practitioners will perform non-invasive assessments, review medical histories, and document accurately, without prescribing in-home. Active NP license, board certification, and BLS are required.
