Job description
Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare/Medicaid members around Louisville, KY. This flexible role lets you set a personalized schedule while engaging with patients in their homes.
Qualified NPs must hold an active state license, national certification, and a current BLS certification, with 12 months of paid advanced clinical provider experience preferred. Training and support are provided.
