Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in the Monticello, IN area. This role offers a flexible schedule and comprehensive training, with travel to patients' homes to perform non-invasive assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualified NPs will have an active state license, national board certification, and a current BLS certification.
