Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Plattsburgh, NY. This role offers flexible scheduling and training to support comprehensive patient evaluations.
Qualified NPs and PAs must hold state licensure, national board certification, and BLS. Travel to patients' homes is required, and liability insurance options are provided.
