Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Effingham, IL. You’ll conduct patient interviews, health evaluations, and document findings using a company-provided iPad, with malpractice coverage and collaborating physicians.
Travel within your local area is required. Active NP or PA licenses are required, with at least eight 7.5-hour days per month availability.
