Source One Management Services, LLC in Farmington, MO, is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role lets you create your own schedule with a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month, travel locally, and document with a company-provided iPad.

You’ll work autonomously, with malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians included.
