Source One Management Services, LLC in Augusta, ME seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members.

This PRN role offers autonomy, no prescribing, no on-call shifts, and simple documentation on an iPad, with malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians provided.

You’ll travel locally within about 60 minutes of home and schedule at least eight 7.5-hour days per month, earning competitive pay with incentives.
