Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll work autonomously, setting your own schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, and use a company-provided iPad for documentation.
Responsibilities include performing comprehensive HRAs, reviewing medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors, and traveling locally within your county to patients.
