Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll conduct evaluations, review histories, and document findings using a company-provided iPad.
Must hold an active NP/PA license without pediatrics or PMHNP/Women’s Health. Travel within your county is required, with around 8 days per month minimum; 1099 contractor arrangement with malpractice insurance and collaborating
