Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Danbury, CT. Work autonomously with a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month, travel within roughly 60 minutes of home, and use a company-provided iPad for streamlined documentation.
As a 1099 contractor, you may deduct mileage; malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included.
