Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You can set an 8-day monthly minimum, work autonomously, and billing is through a 1099 contract with a user-friendly iPad and EMR system.
Responsibilities include in-home HRAs, reviewing medical history, medications, lifestyle and social factors, and performing basic physical and mental health evaluations while traveling locally
