Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in the Saint Cloud, MN area. This PRN role offers autonomy, a user-friendly EMR, and malpractice coverage with collaborating physicians.
Eligible candidates will hold an active NP or PA license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women’s Health) and commit to at least eight full 7.5-hour days per month, with travel within about 60 minutes of home.
