Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks flexible PRN Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members.
You set your schedule with an 8-day minimum each month; travel within about 60 minutes; no on-call, no prescribing; 1099 contractor with malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians.
Documentation is simple via company-provided iPad, onboarding 3–4 weeks.
