Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. Enjoy autonomous work with a company-provided iPad, malpractice insurance, and collaborating physicians. No prescribing or on-call duties.
You will complete HRAs, review medical histories, perform basic health evaluations, and travel locally to patients within your county and nearby areas.
