Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments across Ishpeming, MI and nearby areas. No prescribing, no on-call shifts, and simple EMR documentation on an iPad.
Candidates must hold an active NP/PA license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP, Women’s Health) and be able to commit to eight 7.5-hour days per month with travel within ~60 minutes of home.
