Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Work autonomously as a 1099 contractor, with a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month and travel within your county and nearby areas.
No prescribing or on-call shifts, documentation done on an iPad. You’ll review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors, and perform basic physical and mental health
