Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking flexible Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for in-home Health Risk Assessments in the West Point, NE area. This PRN opportunity allows autonomous scheduling and competitive pay with incentives.
You'll complete comprehensive in-home HRAs, review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors, then perform basic physical and mental health evaluations while traveling locally within your county.
