Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. The role allows autonomy, a 1099 contractor setup, and no on-call requirements.
You will complete comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories, and perform basic physical and mental health evaluations while traveling locally. A minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month is required.
