Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in North Carolina. The PRN role offers autonomy, a simple documentation process on an iPad, malpractice coverage, and collaborating physicians.
Applicants must hold an active NP or PA license (excluding pediatrics, PMHNP, women's health) and be able to work at least eight 7.5-hour days per month, with travel within about an hour of home.
