Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members.
You’ll complete HRAs, review medical history, medications, and lifestyle, perform basic health evaluations, and travel locally within your county. The role is 1099, with an 8-day minimum per month, iPad documentation, malpractice insurance, and quick onboarding.
