Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Akron, OH. This PRN role offers an 8-day monthly minimum, competitive pay with incentives, and no on-call duties.
You will conduct HRAs, review medical histories, perform basic evaluations, and travel locally within your county and nearby areas. A 1099 contractor agreement, iPad documentation, and malpractice insurance are provided.
