Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks independent Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Decatur, IL. This flexible PRN role offers autonomy, malpractice insurance, and collaborating physicians.
You will review medical histories, perform basic health evaluations, and travel within about 60 minutes of your home, with a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month.
