Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks licensed NPs or PAs for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Grand Junction, CO. This PRN role offers autonomy and competitive pay with incentives, plus malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians.
You will complete comprehensive HRAs, review medical history and medications, perform basic health evaluations, and travel locally within roughly 60 minutes of home. Minimum eight 7.5-hour days per month.
