Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) for a flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, review medical histories, and perform basic physical and mental health evaluations, traveling within roughly 60 minutes of your home.
