Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking licensed NPs and PAs for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Redwood Falls, MN. You’ll conduct visits for Medicare Advantage members, with autonomy and a simple, streamlined process using an iPad.
No on-call duties, no ongoing treatment, and competitive pay with incentives. You’ll schedule a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month, travel within roughly 60 minutes of home, and receive malpractice coverage as part of a contractor
